A Memory Mosaic is one large portrait made entirely from your photos. Step back and you see the person, the pet, the moment. Step closer and you find hundreds of memories hidden inside. Every mosaic is assembled by hand, then framed in-house using the same museum-quality materials we've used for over 50 years. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is generic.
Memory Mosaics come in four sizes: 8x10, 12x16, 16x20, and 20x24 inches. All sizes are available in portrait or landscape orientation. Just choose what works best for your main image and your wall.
We offer four finishes. Unframed Print ships as a gallery-quality print ready for your own frame. Basic Frame and Mid-Tier Frame are assembled in our Los Angeles workshop using premium mouldings. Float Mount gives the mosaic a clean, frameless presentation with depth. Every framed order is built by our team, not a third-party lab.
More photos means richer detail. We recommend at least 50, and 100+ gives the best results. If you have fewer, our system repeats tiles subtly so the mosaic always looks full and intentional, never sparse.
Upload your tile photos and your main portrait image, choose your size and finish, and we handle the rest. Our production team assembles the mosaic, sends you a proof for approval, and ships only after you sign off. Revisions to crop, color, and tile arrangement are always free.
Yes. You'll receive a digital proof within 24 hours of placing your order. We don't print until you approve it. We print on museum-quality archival paper with deep, accurate color. Small differences may exist between screens, but the physical print consistently exceeds expectations.
Production begins the moment you approve your proof. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Because every mosaic is made to order, we can't accept returns. That said, our quality guarantee is unconditional. If there's a print defect or shipping issue, we'll make it right, quickly and completely.
